The following applies to the LG OLED C9, CX, and C1 HDTV's

Service Remote

  • Order a service remote from Amazon. Search for "MKJ39170828" on Amazon.
  • To enter service menu:
    • Hit "in start" on the remote
    • Code is 0413
    • Make changes
    • Hit "exit"

Out of box settings

These are the settings that should be changed when the TV is first powered on.

LG OLED C1

Disable energy savings

Old Firmware =
  • Settings --> Support --> Energy Settings --> Off
New Firmware
  • Settings --> Support --> OLED Care --> Device Self Care --> Energy Setting --> Off
